CRB was co-founded by Winnie Chow and Jain Ruskin Brown with the vision of creating an innovative family law firm dedicated to providing families with practical solutions to complex issues that lead to positive outcomes. CRB ensures that their clients, often in unique and challenging circumstances, feel safe, secure and in charge of shaping their own futures. We consulted for Winnie and Jain in the transition from an existing law firm to their own bespoke family practise. Over a 6-month period we assisted with all aspects of the move - IT, HR, banking, finance, insurance and office fit-out ensuring they were able to leave their previous practise on a Friday and open at 9am the next Monday. We focused on cloud-based integrations to deliver a secure, cloud-based, integrated practise. The Partners have been recognised as Leading Lawyers by Doyle's Guide Hong Kong 2025

When skincare and fragrance specialist Kate Crofton-Atkins moved to Saigon she was instantly struck by the city’s unique style, elegance and romance. Partnering with a New York based fragrance house, we worked with Kate and the shareholders to establish the headquarters of the brand in Hong Kong and Saigon. We assisted with the formation of the business and in the selection of strategic financial investors. We also assisted with identifyng distribution networks to kickstart growth. We identified manufacturing partners in Vietnam, global packaging and shipping partners as well as branding agencies to deliver world-class luxury goods to global markets. Cochine has featured in Tatler, Vogue and Cosmopolitan magazines and is distributed online and in leading department stores.

After a highly respected 15-year career working in clinics in Hong Kong, including the SPCA, Dr. Williams wanted to set up with his own team. We worked with the investors on a business plan to identify capital requirements and timelines. We focused on delivering an entirely cloud-based ecosystem of secure integrated platforms to optimise clinic functionality. We networked to that critical in-house diagnostic equipment such as X-ray and blood analysers which communicate directly with the practice management system we adopted. The timeline to get to being operational was demanding and we committed to it and opened within three months of initial planning. The clinic now is bustling with pets and pet parents all being carefully cared for by Dr. Williams and his team.
